D4.2. Advanced Concept for Security and Redispatching Cooperation

This document addresses the deliverable D4.2. Advanced concept for security and redispatching cooperation. The document elaborates the concept, algorithm, and mathematical set-up of close to realtime power system security monitoring and remedial action optimization on the regional level. It also provides the method for redispatching cost-sharing, based on the power flow tracing algorithm. The developed concept and methodology explained in this document served as a basis for the development of T-SENTINEL RAO and RDCS software modules.
